The International Medical Council on Vaccination gikk ut med en advarsel. De viser til en undersøkelse gjort på 17674 vaksinerte vs. uvaksinerte barn.

 

Resultatet var at vaksinerte barn hadde 120% mer astma

Endret kosthold tok bort ADHD-symptomer. Test-diett bør inn i all behandling av ADHD, mener nederlandske forskere.

En ny studie publisert i det anerkjente medisinske tidsskriftet Lancetgir nye resultater om en mulig sammenheng mellom ADHD og mat.

Et utvalg på 40 barn med ADHD, de fleste gutter mellom fire og åtte år, gikk gjennom en spesialdiett i fem uker. Effekten var slående, rapporterer forskerne.

 

- Vi observerte en dramatisk effekt hos to tredjedeler av barna. Hos disse ble symptomene helt borte, sier professor og lege Jan K. Buitelaar ved Radboud University Nijmegen til forskning.no.

Symptomene kom i stor grad tilbake da barna begynte å spise den maten de tidligere hadde pleid å spise.

Tydelig effekt

- Det vi gjorde var at vi strippet ned hele dietten til å inkludere omtrent bare vann, hvitt kjøtt, noen grønnsaker, ris og frukt, sier Buitelaar.

The Scientific Proof That Alkaline Minerals Are Critical To Your Health:

 

Recent scientific research into human health, sickness & disease has shown with increasing evidence that living an acid-lifestyle is extremely detrimental to health & that by living alkaline you can increase your health, energy, vitality, immune system, youthfulness and protect yourself from disease.

 

As recently as October 2009, a Cambridge University study published in the highly respected British Journal of Nutrition stated:

The researchers, Pizzornoa, Frassettoa and Katzinger have clearly identified that acidosis (increased acidity in the blood) is a very real threat to our health. Furthermore, research has shown that the effects of acidosis can directly contribute to various cancers, arthritis, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, Crohns disease and kidney disease. Yes, all of the top five killers in Western society and a whole lot more.

 

Alkaline Diet & Cancer:

 

In March 2009, Robey, Baggett, Kirkpatrick et al published a paper in the American Association for Cancer Research Journal proving that alkaline minerals (in this case NaHCO3) that raise the extracellular pH of cancer tumor cells and prevent metastasis. Their research shows that the pH of the tumors are always acidic and by using highly alkaline minerals to raise the pH the growth of the cancer (and involvement of lymph nodes) is prevented.

Cancer Thrives in an Acidic Environment:

 

Also in Cancer Research Journal, in 2006, Gatenby, Gawlinski et al researched and discovered that chronic exposure of normal tissue to an acidic microenvironment produces toxicity by: (a) normal cell death and (b) extracellular matrix degradation. They proffer that glucose imbalance (an acid lifestyle) leads to a chronically acidic microenvironment (the normal cells and molecules that surround a tumor cell) which provides the perfect base for cancer.

Acidosis & Osteoporosis:

 

A recently published study in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism (Vol 94, No 1 96-102, 2009) has provided further evidence that the consumption of and supplementation with alkaline minerals is essential for good health. The objective of the study was to understand the effect of alkaline minerals (potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate and potassium chloride) on bone health specifically, the ability of these alkaline minerals to slow the bone resorption rate and calcium excretion.

 

The participants who were taking the bicarbonate supplements had significant reductions in urinary N-telopeptide and calcium excretion when compared to the control group. This means that when taking the alkaline minerals, bones remained stronger and healthier.

In the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine, Joseph Campbell provides a thorough review of the scientific literature surrounding minerals and disease and highlights that the alkaline minerals, magnesium and calcium, are critical to the prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD). A new study recently compared patient-physician relationships and relief of symptoms between complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) and conventional primary care (COM). The study was part of a Swiss evaluation of complementary and alternative medicine.

Researchers looked at more than 6,000 patients. The study included patients of 77 non-certified CAM physicians and of 71 conventional physicians.

The patients completed a questionnaire which asked questions about symptom relief, patient satisfaction, and quality of patient-physician interaction.

According to Biomed Central:

"CAM physicians treated significantly more patients with chronic conditions than COM physicians. ??CAM Patients had significant higher healing expectations than COM patients. ??General patient satisfaction was significantly higher in CAM patients, although patient-reported symptom relief was significantly poorer, The quality of patient-physician communication was rated significantly better in CAM patients."

The study concluded that more effective communication patterns by complementary and alternative medicine could play an important role in allowing patients to maintain more positive outcome expectations.

Med 176 000 mennesker viser at mye kjøtt øker dødsrisikoen og grønnsaker reduserer den. Jeg fikk tips om dette studiet fra folkehelsekoordinatoren i Ålesund kommune.

Studiet viser at når vi ser på spesifikke dødsårsaker, er det innenfor hjerte/karsykdommer og kreft – særlig tykktarmskreft, men også lungekreft – at de store forskjellene kommer fram. De mennene som spiste mest kjøtt, økte risikoen for å dø av kreft med 45 prosent. For kvinner som spiste mest kjøtt økte risikoen med 15 prosent.

 

Et kosthold med lite karbohydrater og mye grønnsaker, plantekost. Reduserte den samme dødsrisikoen med inntil 20 prosent, viser undersøkelsen.

 

Til sammen innebærer dette at de som spiser mest kjøtt, har en dødsrisiko som er mer enn 50 prosent høyere enn dem som spiser mest grønnsaker, bønner og annen plantekost.

En nylig publisert studie fra India viser i all sin enkelhet at stråling fra mobiltelfoner tar livet av bier. Dronningen legger færre egg, færre arbeidsbier kommer tilbake, og enda færre arbeidsbier flyr ut av kuben.  De blir forvirret og tiltaksløse ...... Biene ble utsatt for 2 mobilsamtaler a 15 minutter pr dag.  Det var helt vanlige mobiltelefoner som ble brukt.?Etter endt forsøk var det hverken pollen eller honning i kubene.??I andre studier har telebransjen gjort det de kunne for å bortforklare eller finne vikarierende argumenter.  Enkelheten i denne indiske studien gjør at resultatene ikke kan bortforklares. Det sier seg selv at med dokumentasjon som den ovenfor er det ikke forsvarlig å utsette for eksempel uvitende barn for stråling fra mobiltelefoner og trådløse nettverk. En fornuftig føre var praksis tilsier derfor at man snarest stenger ned trådløse nettverk der barn og unge oppholder seg til daglig. Skoler er et slikt sted.

Another scientific research study that validates Dr. Robert O. Young's research and foundational theory that the human body is alkaline by design.

 

A blood test to assess the risk of brain damage in vulnerable newborn babies could save lives and prevent disability, scientists say.

 

The test, carried out on blood taken from the umbilical...... cord immediately after birth, measures its acidity (the pH level). Blood with a low pH (more acid) indicates a lack of oxygen at birth, which is the commonest cause of brain damage, cerebral palsy and death.

 

Current guidelines suggest that measuring the pH level of umbilical cord blood is worthless as a predictor of how the baby will fare, because the association is inconsistent. But doctors based in Birmingham reviewed 51 studies involving almost 500,000 babies and found a low pH in the cord blood was strongly linked with serious outcomes.

 

Based on their findings, published in the British Medical Journal, they call for increased surveillance of babies born with low cord blood pH and for further research to explore the cost effectiveness of doing the test on all babies.

 

In an accompanying editorial, James Neilson, professor of obstetrics and gynaecology at the University of Liverpool, said: "We should aim to reduce the number of babies born with a low cord pH, without increasing unnecessary obstetric intervention."

 

Andy Shennan, professor of obstetrics at St Thomas' Hospital in London welcomed the study into the relationship between low pH and future health. "Lack of oxygen to the baby during labour will result in a low pH in the umbilical cord," he said. "If it is prolonged, irreversible neurological damage can occur, although this is rare."

Several scientific

research studies have been done showing alkaline lifestyle and diets, like that researched and developed by Dr. Robert O. Young, are beneficial. Examples include in vitro, animal and human studies. The first study of many studies that I will be sharing with you indicates that the external pH of solid tumors are acidic as a consequence of increased metabolism of glucose (a me...tabolic acid) and poor perfusion. The second study shows that acid-mediated tumor invasion is plausible through mathematical modeling.

Vitamin D deficiency is linked to asthma severity, according to the results of a cross-sectional study reported in the May 1 issue of the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.

 

"Maternal vitamin D intake during pregnancy has been inversely associated with asthma symptoms in early childhood," write Erick Forno, from Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and colleagues. "However, no study has examined the relationship between measured vitamin D levels and markers of asthma severity in childhood."

 

The goal of this study was to evaluate the association between measured levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D ([25(OH)D]; the predominant circulating form of vitamin D) and markers of asthma severity and allergy in 616 Costa Rican children aged 6 to 14 years. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed with use of linear, logistic, and negative binomial regressions.

 

Increased airway responsiveness was defined as a 8.58-µmol or less provocative dose of methacholine producing a 20% decrease in baseline forced expiratory volume in 1 second.

 

Levels of vitamin D were insufficient (< 30 ng/mL) in 175 (28%) of 616 children with asthma. Vitamin D levels were significantly and inversely associated with total immunoglobulin E (IgE) and eosinophil count, based on multivariate linear regression models. A log10-unit increase in vitamin D levels was associated with lower odds of any hospitalization in the previous year (odds ratio [OR], 0.05; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.004 - 0.71; P = .03), any use of anti-inflammatory medications in the previous year (OR, 0.18; 95% CI, 0.05 - 0.67; P = .01), and increased airway responsiveness (OR, 0.15; 95% CI, 0.024 - 0.97; P = .05), according to multivariate logistic regression models.

 

According to Dr. Robert O. Young, Director of Research at the pH Miracle Living Center, "insufficiency of Vitamin D is the result of a lack of green foods, green drinks, and sunshine.
